This solo cycling adventure has concluded and after a long day of flying, I have arrived home.
Thinking back on the past two weeks I really enjoyed the trip even though it starts d with a two-hour weather delay. The island of Mallorca is a special place with beautiful beaches, crystal clear water, interesting towns, mountains and of course outstanding cycling.
For more information on Mallorca check their tourist site at
I rode 585 km and climbed 6500 m and completely circled the island.
I found it to be perfectly safe, with good roads, responsible drivers, and lots of cycleways.
Here are a few photos from my last day which included an afternoon in the city of Palma de Mallorca.
